No. AtomAfrica builds technology for financial institutions and property businesses. We don't hold deposits and we don't lend.
Never. Participating financial institutions independently determine eligibility, underwriting, risk, pricing and terms. We provide the connection; the institution provides the credit.
No. AtomAfrica does not guarantee that any property qualifies for financing or that any institution will approve a request.
A trusted, traceable digital record of a person's stake in a real-world asset, including stakes built progressively over time, maintained on a participating network under AtomAfrica Trust Standards.
The network's data belongs to the property business and its customers. Ownership information is shared with financial institutions only where applicable and with customer consent.
