Developer Trust Pack

Everything you need to check us out, before you commit anything.

Your properties and customers are serious business assets. You should be able to verify us, not just believe us. Here is the full picture: the company, the people, the track record, and exactly what happens to your data.

Who we are

A Nigerian infrastructure company, not three guys who built a website last month.

AtomAfrica builds the internet and mobile banking that financial institutions run on, and the ownership networks that property companies run on. We come from inside the banks. That is why we can connect your customers to finance.

What we've already built

Our banking technology is live in three Nigerian microfinance banks.

We are not new. We already handle real financial operations for regulated institutions.

Isolated by design

Your properties. Your customers. Your brand. Your network.

Each AtomOwn network runs independently. Customer and property records stay inside your network. They are never automatically shared with other developers or with NairaPacket. Your database is your commercial asset, and we treat it that way.

Your data

Straight answers.

Do you own any of our properties? No. Never.
Who owns our customer relationships? You do.
Can AtomAfrica contact or market to our customers? No.
Can other developers see our data? No.
Does joining AtomOwn mean joining NairaPacket? No.
If we leave, what happens to our data?Yours. Exported.
Can we start with one estate?Yes.
Can we start with new customers only?Yes.
Can we add existing customers later?Yes.
Who makes the lending decision under AtomCredit? The bank.
How your data is protected

Not "trust us." A framework you can review.

Network independence & isolation

Each developer network is separated. Customer and property records are maintained within your network and are not shared with other property companies or NairaPacket.

You keep the relationship

You own the customer relationship and the property data. AtomAfrica does not independently sell to, or market to, your customers.

Exit on your terms

If you leave, your data is yours and can be exported. There is no lock-in that holds your records hostage.

Handled under Nigerian data-protection obligations

Before any existing customer records are imported, we put the privacy notice, developer data-processing terms, access controls, consent basis and retention/deletion process in writing for your independent review.

How we onboard you

We start small on purpose. You expand only when you're satisfied.

No pressure to move your whole operation on day one. Begin with one estate and new customers, see your own branded network working, then add existing customers and more estates when you're ready.

Land and expand: one estate → new customers → successful transactions → your confidence → existing customers → more estates → full network.

What it costs

Free to start. We earn when you transact.

We're building this with 10 founding developers. No setup fee. No monthly fee.

Take it with you

Read it offline. Verify anything here.

We'd rather you check us out than take our word for it.

Trust shouldn't require you to believe us.

It should give you enough to verify us. When you're ready, start with one estate and new customers, then expand on your own terms.
